Convert Delayed to Damaged

When a passenger reports that a delayed bag delivered or collected has been damaged during its journey, you convert the closed Delayed Bag File to a Damaged Bag File.

When a bag in an open Delayed Bag File has also been damaged, you can close the Delayed Bag File and create a Damaged Bag File in one go.

Details of the delayed bag are transferred to the Damaged Bag File.
